Employee Card and Team Timesheet
Everything about a person on one screen: schedule, clock-in and clock-out, lateness, vacations, sick leave, competencies, and completed work.
The Employee Card gathers everything the system knows about a person in one place: their work schedule, when they clocked in, whether they were late, when they were on vacation or sick leave, what competencies they have, and what they did in production each day.
Where to find it
HR & Team → Attendance & Time Logs (…/hr/attendance) → "People" tab. This is the team timesheet. Clicking on a name opens the card, clicking on a day opens the card directly on that day.
Team Timesheet
A row represents a person, a cell represents a day of the month. Colors:
- Green — clocked in on time;
- Yellow — late;
- Blue — vacation; Pink — sick leave;
- Red — scheduled to work, but no clock-in/out record and absence not formalized;
- Dark red — absence confirmed by HR;
- Purple — valid reason;
- Gray — a working day that is still in the future.
On the right are hours worked, number of latenesses, and days without a record for the month.
A red day is not yet an absence
The system does not mark an absence automatically. A red day means "a decision is needed". Open the day in the card and choose:
- Absence — the person was absent without reason;
- Valid reason — for example, agreed upon in advance;
- If the person was present but forgot to clock in/out, add a manual entry in the timesheet, and the day will become normal.
A decision can be canceled. History is preserved: you can see who made the decision and when.

How lateness is calculated
From the beginning of the person's scheduled shift, taking into account the allowed grace period set for the shift. For a flexible schedule, from the start of mandatory hours. Time is taken in the factory's time zone. If schedules are not yet set, the standard working day norms from the "Team" tab apply.
Employee without an account
There may be people working in production who do not log into the system (badge or PIN on a production terminal). They are also in the timesheet. If such a person later gets an account, the administrator links them directly in the card, and the history is merged.
Who sees what
Everyone sees their own card. Other people's data is visible only to those to whom the owner has granted access, see Who sees HR data.
