What is Oprela in simple terms

Oprela is one system instead of five: store, website, CRM, warehouse, documents, finance, team, and AI assistant all work with shared data. We explain what this means in practice.

Most small businesses operate across five to seven different applications simultaneously: a separate store, a separate inventory spreadsheet, a separate CRM, separate invoices, and then there are messengers where agreements get lost. Each application only knows part of the truth, and people have to transfer data manually.

Oprela is a single operating system for your entire business. Product, customer, order, document, and employee all exist in one place. When a customer places an order on the website, it's immediately visible in the warehouse, in finance, and in the customer's history, without any importing, exporting, or copying.

What Oprela consists of

The system is built from modules. You only enable those that your business needs, and the rest don't clutter the menu.

  • Online Sales. Your own online store, shopping cart and payments (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), discounts, gift cards, returns.
  • Marketplaces. eBay, Allegro, Hood, Facebook Marketplace, as well as synchronization with BaseLinker: listings, prices, and inventory are managed from a single catalog.
  • Website. A website builder with AI-generated pages, over a hundred ready-made blocks, custom domain, SEO, and multiple languages.
  • Customers. CRM with a sales pipeline, incoming leads from the website, communication history, and customer card.
  • Warehouse. Product catalog, multiple warehouses and locations, visual warehouse map, transfers, picking, goods receipt.
  • Documents and Finance. Document templates, electronic signature, invoices, expenses, budgets, financial dashboard.
  • Team. Employees, time tracking, terminal and QR check-ins, schedules, access rights.
  • Marketing. Email newsletters, automated sequences, poster studio, content calendar.
  • Automation and AI. "If X happens, do Y" scenarios, AI agents, AI assistant in every module.

There are also specialized industry modules: service center, beauty salon, car service, construction and energy audit, recruiting and employee legalization, as well as a separate product for factories — Oprela Manufacturing.

How this differs from a set of separate applications

One data source — one truth. Inventory changes made in the warehouse are immediately reflected in the store, on eBay, and on Allegro. No need to upload spreadsheets once a day.

One person — one login. An employee logs into one system and only sees what they are authorized to see. A new manager doesn't need to create seven accounts.

One bill. Instead of multiple subscriptions — one plan that can be expanded with modules.

AI that knows your business. The assistant works with your products, customers, and orders, not with an empty chat. It writes product descriptions, answers questions, prepares documents, and builds websites.

What a workday looks like in Oprela

In the morning, the owner opens the Command Center and sees new orders, revenue, appointments for today, and AI actions awaiting approval. The manager works in the CRM pipeline and responds to customers. The warehouse person picks orders according to the picking list and prints shipping labels. The accountant sees invoices that have already been created from orders. No one is re-entering data from one program to another.

Workspace

Each company operates in its own workspace: this is a separate, isolated environment with its own data, team, settings, and plan. If you have multiple businesses or brands, you can create a separate workspace for each and switch between them with one click.

In short

  • Oprela replaces separate applications for store, website, CRM, warehouse, documents, finance, and team.
  • Modules are enabled for your business; there's no unnecessary clutter in the menu.
  • All data is connected: orders, customers, products, and documents see each other.
  • AI is built into the workflow, not tacked on as an afterthought.
