Smart Product Collections
Group products by rule (category, price, type, characteristic) instead of manual selection.
Smart Collections — unlike regular categories, products are automatically added to a collection based on a rule, rather than being manually added one by one.
How it differs from categories
- Category — a permanent catalog structure; a product is linked to it in the product card.
- Collection — a dynamic filter ("all under €50", "all Lenovo laptops", "all products with RAM = 16 GB") — products appear and disappear from the collection automatically when their data changes.
Where to find it
In the Site Builder, open the store page → Products panel → Smart collections section at the bottom.
Creating a collection
- New → set a slug (short technical name, e.g.,
new-arrivals). - Choose the match condition: all rules simultaneously (AND) or any of them (OR).
- Add conditions: field (category / price / product type), operator (=, ≠, ≥, ≤), value.
- Save — the rules are applied immediately.
Displaying a collection on the site
In the Shop Catalog block (Page Builder), specify the collection's slug in the Smart collection slug field — the catalog will only show products that match the rules.
