Global Contacts is a directory of all individuals and organizations you work with: clients, suppliers, partners, couriers.
Where to find it
CRM & Contacts module → Global Contacts (…/erp/contacts).
Capabilities
- Person contacts and company contacts, linked together (a person works at a company);
- Quick search by name, phone, email;
- Assigning roles to a contact: client, supplier, partner.
Difference from CRM
CRM is about clients with sales and service history. Contacts is a broader directory: it includes those who don't buy anything (e.g., a parts supplier, a contractor's accountant).
