Email Deliverability
To ensure emails land in inboxes, not spam: sender domain, SPF/DKIM, and list hygiene.
The best email is useless if it's in spam. The deliverability page shows the health of your mailings.
Where to find it
Marketing module → Deliverability (…/marketing/deliverability).
What to monitor
- Bounce rate — percentage of undelivered emails (remove hard bounces from your list);
- spam complaints — above 0.1% is a red flag;
- sender domain reputation.
Technical foundation
Send from your own domain and configure SPF/DKIM records (the system will show you which DNS records to add). Without them, major email providers (Gmail, Outlook) are more likely to put emails in spam. Your own SMTP can be connected via cloud integrations.
List hygiene
- Only opt-in subscriptions (forms);
- clean inactive subscribers (segment "not opened in 6 months" → re-engagement → removal);
- do not buy lists. Ever.
