Приймання заявок на викуп техніки: публічна форма, оцінка, пропозиція і підтвердження клієнтом.

Buyback Requests

How it works

  1. The customer submits a request on your store's buyback page: model, condition, photos.
  2. The request appears for you — evaluate the device ( Smart Grading can help) and send a price offer.
  3. The customer receives an email with a confirmation link — they accept or reject it.
  4. After acceptance — device reception, inspection, payment. The device is recorded in inventory as an item.

Settings

In Buyback Settings, specify: which categories you accept, page texts, and rules for automatic preliminary evaluation.
