Smart Grading brings the condition assessment of used devices to a single standard: instead of "by eye," it uses a checklist and AI photo analysis.
Where to find it
Service Center module → Smart Grading (…/erp/smart-grading).
How it works
- Upload photos of the device (or take them from the product card).
- Complete the checklist: screen, body, battery, accessories.
- AI will analyze the photos (scratches, chips) and, together with the checklist, suggest a grade (e.g., A/B/C) and a recommended price.
- The grade is saved in the product card and used in descriptions for marketplaces.
This feature consumes AI credits.
Why use it
- Consistent assessment regardless of who received the device;
- fewer disputes with buyers — the condition is described honestly and uniformly;
- faster pricing for used devices.
