The Automation Library module (…/automation).
How a scenario is structured
- Trigger — what starts it: new order, new lead, status change, schedule;
- Conditions — "if/else" branching (amount > 1000? new customer?);
- Actions — what to do: email/SMS to customer, notification to team, status change, call AI agent.
How to get started
The library contains ready-made scenarios — enable the one you need and adapt it:
- "New lead → notify manager + auto-reply";
- "Order paid → thank-you email with number";
- "Repair complete → SMS to customer".
Custom scenarios are created in the editor.
