How a Client Books an Appointment
On the service website: service → convenient time (the system shows available slots from the schedule) → vehicle details and contact information.

Auto Service module → Bookings (…/erp/auto/bookings).
Processing a Booking
- Confirm the booking (an automatic notification is sent to the client).
- The vehicle is added to the database (or an existing one is retrieved by number).
- On the day of the visit, the booking is converted into a service order (orders).
Notifications
Booking notification settings — Booking Notifications (…/erp/auto/booking-notifications): confirmation, reminder the day before, "vehicle ready."
