Who did what and when in the workspace: user activity log.
Audit Logs — a log of team actions: changes, deletions, logins.
Where to find
Settings → Audit Logs (…/audit-logs), access — owner/admin.
What is recorded
- Who changed a record (product, order, customer) and when;
- deletions and bulk operations;
- changes to settings and permissions.
Filters: by user, action type, period.
The log retention depth depends on your plan (Pricing Plans); financial operations are separate — Financial Ledger.
