Program Setup

  1. Accrual rules: points for a visit or for the amount spent.
  2. Rewards: what points can be exchanged for (discount, free service).
  3. Customers automatically accumulate points after completed visits.

Usage

The points balance is visible in the client's profile; a reward can be applied when paying for a visit.

Tip

Simple mechanics work best: "10th manicure — free" is easier to understand than complex coefficients.
