Case Management
- New case → vehicle, insurance company, case/policy number.
- Attach documents: photos of damages, calculations, correspondence — all in one place.
- Work is carried out using a regular service order, linked to the case.
- Case statuses: submitted → approved → completed → paid by insurance.
Tip
Photograph damages in as much detail as possible upon acceptance (video recording also works) — these are your arguments in dialogue with the insurance company.
