An external customer submits a project without registration and tracks bids via a magic link.
The customer does not need an account to receive contractor proposals.
Request Submission
Public page /marketplace/submit: the customer describes the work, adds photos/files, and leaves contact information. AI helps structure the description (recognizes details from text and photos).
Magic-link Tracking
After submission, the customer receives a magic link (/marketplace/track/…) via email: without registration, they can view their request, contractor bids, and choose a performer.
