The Exec mode (…/erp/build/exec/{project}) is the operational control panel for a site, for every day.
What happens here
- Work log: what was done today, photos from the site (AI can parse text logs into structured records);
- Actual progress by stages — updating the progress of milestones;
- Crews and people — who is on site (workers);
- Problems and blockers with responsible parties.
Why
Daily site history: disputes with customers or contractors are resolved by the log, not by memory.
